One of our last large pre-Covid concerts in September 2019, this Pop music themed concert focused on bringing purpose to one’s life through inspirational songs.
was held in support of The Harmony International Music Foundation’s scholarship programme E.D.U.C.A.T.E., and featured some of the greatest contemporary hits of all time including songs by Coldplay, Whitney Houston, Elvis Presley, Lady Gaga, Kelly Clarkson and other award winning pop artists. The Harmony Chorus was accompanied by students who study instruments at Harmony.
Independence Day 2019 was celebrated at Jagrithi Theatre to promote the unifying nature of music. The Harmony Chorus presented music in over 14 languages!
We performed a lovely set of encouraging and uplifting songs at the vibrant Catholic Club in Bangalore.
Bringing the message of hope, God’s unfailing love for us and His faithfulness, our team directed by Sandra Oberoi and accompanied by Karen Carvalho shared many lovely songs as part of a programme.

Harmony - The Music School associated with the Society for Education, Music and Psychology Research (SEMPRE), National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM), National Institute of Advanced Studies (NIAS) and Subramaniam Academy for Performing Arts (SAPA) to organize the ISME South Asia Regional Conference 2017.
The International Society for Music Education (ISME ) South Asia Regional Conference in 2017. The ISME is a UNESCO affiliated body. Delegates from India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, China, Australia, U.S.A., U.K., U.A.E., Norway and Finland participated in this historic conference. The Harmony Chorus was invited to perform in this esteemed event.
Since December 2011, The Harmony Chorus, directed by Sandra Oberoi, have been performing to a packed audience at Christ University’s annual Christmas concert - Magnificat, featuring choirs from across Bangalore and other cities in India.
The Harmony International Music Foundation supported by Harmony- the music school organized a concert as part of 'Cadence 2016 - Reaching Out', at Providence Nilaya- Old Age Home on 9th December 2016. Students of Harmony conducted by Sandra Oberoi sang for the senior citizens and the staff at the home.
The foundation has since raised funds for an ambulance for the home, and finally delivered a brand new vehicle to them on 11th February 2017! Many students of Harmony, families, friends and well-wishers contributed generously towards the cause.
What a memorable evening, well spent with all the dear people at the home.
10 members of The Harmony Chorus with Choir Director Sandra Oberoi travelled to Shillong, Meghalaya, to perform at a national televised concert, in front of a packed audience. They performed both vocally-challenging and inspirational repertoire from around the world. The choir, in collaboration with the Aroha Music Society, also raised funds during the concert to support schooling of underprivileged children in Shillong; conducted workshops and helped set up a department of Musical Theatre there.
In 2015, Cadence brought to life some of the best music from the movies. The programme was held in November at St. John’s Auditorium, Koramangala, in aid of Parikrma and E.D.U.C.A.T.E (A Scholarship program for underprivileged children).
A wonderful afternoon spent with the lovely senior citizens at Holy Spirit Home, Bangalore. The Harmony Chorus not only sang a plethora of delightful melodies for their audience, but also raised INR 35,000 to convert a wood-fired kitchen into an LPG one.
On April 18, 2015, our singers filled St Andrews Church with beautiful music. The repertoire varied from rhythmically and melodically challenging to old favourites that touched the heart!
Performance for residents of St. Augustine Nivas, a convent and home for the elderly in Bangalore. The singers entertained the audience with an array of songs - from choral pieces to solos, duets and instrumental music. We put together a small reception of goodies to enjoy with all present. Needless to say, everyone had a smile on their face!
There’s nothing like watching a Broadway musical. The characters live and breathe right before your eyes and bedazzle you as they immerse you in their world music, drama, dance and colour. In 2014, students at Harmony presented a little slice of Broadway at Cadence directed by Sandra Oberoi.

Who wouldn’t love to travel the world! Cadence 2013 offered just that, musically. In 80 minutes, the students at Harmony took the audience from Bangalore to Jamaica, USA, Spain, Australia and Japan with their singing talents. Featured in this concert were singers Pamela Hinchman and Harrah Friedlander from USA.

The 60s has a special place in history with its peace loving Flower Power. In 2012, the students at Harmony brought back the decade’s glory with Christmas Songs from the era. The concert was held in December at the Jyoti Nivas College Auditorium in aid of Swanthana (A residential home for physically and mentally challenged girl children).
Held at Alliance Francaise, Bangalore, The Harmony Chorus brought to the stage several exquisite pieces, complete with intricate harmonies, created by many of the world’s most famous composers. Members of the Harmony faculty also showcased their talents through various original pieces, arrangements, and melodious solo performances.
This is the year Cadence was born! With a bouquet of Christmas songs sung by the Harmony Kids’ Choir, Cadence kicked off in style. The concert was held in December at the Jyothi Nivas College Auditorium, Koramangala in aid of Sneha Care Home (A residential facility for children living with HIV).
